Your First 100 Days

This programme is designed to help you hit the ground running in your new role and build the foundations of success from Day 1.

Coaching provides an opportunity for self-enquiry as well as goal-setting. In this programme you’ll have the space to reflect on the mindsets, beliefs, patterns and behaviours that will drive you forward (or could hold you back) as well as strategies to achieve your personal and professional goals.

Setting the Vision

We start by identifying and addressing any limiting beliefs about yourself in your new role. Then focus on highlighting the strengths and power sources that will propel you to your goals.

You’ll end this phase feeling confident, motivated, and with a stronger mindset.

Finding Your Voice

Next we’ll look at bringing your confidence and clarity to life in how you connect with your team, your colleagues and your stakeholders.

You’ll end this phase knowing more about your unique voice, and how to use it to advocate for yourself and your team.

Strategies for Success

The final phase of the programme is a deep dive into your personal strategy for success.

You’ll complete your own personal manifesto document to take accountability for achieving the goals you’ve set yourself in your new role.
